Coloration of litter

Hi there,
I'm hoping you can help me. I've purchased a male and female mouse from a pet store. I'm curious if they do breed, what colors might be produced. The Mother is Pure Albino and the Father a pale Beige, (no white), and I suspect that it might not be a pure color strain. What colors might I expect......and how in the world would I know, will it show up as a Phenotype? (Showing color)?

Are you on Facebook? I have a group called Rats and Mice are Awesome (to find it search just Rats are Awesome; sadly, mice didn't make it into the FB title) and a program for breeders. One of our admin is a breeder and she talks to people about all the aspects of breeding that a person should know; in the group we also have a document called Common Issues with lists of links about breeding, colors  and types, and genetics, and FB groups for breeders and genetics.
