Giant Iguana iguana

Have had my Iguana(large) for five years with no hasstle.This last week have noticed about 20cm of his tail has gone hard,please help!

Most commonly this is caused by dry gangrene. If it keeps spreading upward or if the bone starts to become exposed, it will require amputation. Please read
