4 month old puppy wont play and is always tired

We just got a 4 month old cocker spanial puppy and we want to know if theres something wrong with her, she doesnt seem to be playful and would rather go hide in a dark place. The most playfull thing she has done is run for a few seconds. It also seems her heart is beating really fast even when she not doing anything and makes these very soft almost whining noices when shes breathing is she ok or is there something wrong with her please help

Hiya did you get her from a breeder, it sounds like she is pining for her litter mates or previous home, if she were mine i would take her straight to the vets, this is not normal behaviour for a 16 week old puppy, she should be full of energy and running round like a loopy, she should sleep after playing but not like she is, please take her to a vets and also it may be worth ringing where yhou got her from and asking them what she was like, I hope this helps
