QuestionI'm curious. I have two dogs. 1 male (3years old) and 1 female (1 year), not sure of breeds, muts we'll call them. When they play with eachother, they tend to snort and snarl and sneeze at eachother. What does that mean?
AnswerHi JC, Dogs make many different vocalizations when playing. The snarling is a show of dominance and should be prevented so it does not turn to aggression. But if it is all in play, you should not have anything to worry about as long as you are looked at by them as their pack leader. Thanks for writing. Leave me some feedback, and follow-up if you have any further questions. Regards, Susan
