What is happening with my Jack Russell Terrier

Question
I have a one year old Jack Russell Terrier, and this past couple of weeks he has been acting weird. He is very sexually aroused. I take him for a run or a walk to make him stop but he still demonstrates this behavior. He humps his bed and is constantly trying to hump my brother's arm and when corrected he whines, which he is always doing. I understand that his race are very active dogs so I keep him active most of the time but I don't understand why he keeps whining. He is not neutered and I am wondering will this behavior stop. What should I do?

Answer
There is no other explination besides the fact that he is becoming sexualy active. The only option to stop this behavior would to be a responsible pet owner and neuter your pet. Not only can it save you from paying fines from your nieghbor after your terrier pregnanted her dog, but it prevents your terrier from contracting diseases.
