min pin always biting

Question
my 4 month old min pin constancely bites. don't like to be touched, held,petted, loved on, she bites all the time. I have another 4 month old & 3 yr old min pins . she is non -stop attacking them also. I have a 170 foot X 110 foot fenced yard they run in. how do I stop the biting .we love her but, shes always on attack mode. how do I stop the biting, (my other 2 min pins are loveable perfect pets)
this one female won't adjust or comform.  any Idea's???

Dog aggression runs in this breed, but dogs generally play roughly with one another, so my advice is to have a trainer or behaviorist watch this dog's interactions with the other two dogs to see if they are appropriate or not.  As to her nipping humans, this is completely inappropriate, but not unexpected in a four month old puppy of any breed.  If you have not already taken her to puppy class, please do so now.  (Take the other 4 month old, too, but not to the same class.)  I would put the nippy dog on a program of NILIF.  Training should be positive (www.clickerlessons.com), but she should have to work for her privileges and treats.  NILIF means "nothing in life is free".  So if the dog wants to go out, you make her sit first.  If she wants to go for  a ride, she must sit, lie down, and shake first.  Those are just examples, but if you Google NILIF, you should get a lot of information.
