Hi, my question is about my favorite dog, his name is Nemo. I play with him often. He is a highly trained Military working dog. But, evertime I see him and play with him...He urinates right there on the spot. He is a German Sheppard and is very hyper. Thing is, I am the only person that he does that to...Why is he doing this?

This could be the result of excitement.  Some dogs "spot" this way when anticipating something they find a source of happiness.  Because he's so highly trained, "jumping up" and other displays may have been trained out, therefor leaving this as his emotional response to your approach.  It may also be a sign of submission to you, as his clearly higher ranking conspecific.
