my poddle stalks me!

One of our dogs is a poddle and his name is Blackie. He is a nice dog with a few behavior problems that are really getting kind of worried if scare! He is constantly staring at me no matter what i say or do. If I go to the kitchen, there he is staring right up. If I go to the restroom, he will watch from the bedroom straight to the restroom until I shut the door. When I open the door so he can go and do his bussiness outside, he will stare right through the windows until I close the blinds. I ignore him most of the time but is getting to the point that he scares me! He is a skinnybone poddle who preferes to stare instead of eat. Right now he's staring straight at me cause a put a fence on the doorway so he could stay in the living room. He does not anything with my daughter nor my husband. I'm the only one he stalks!

I doubt if he is stalking you exactly, but it may be that he is obsessing a bit on being close to you and no one else.  One way to adjust his thinking a bit is to temporarily put another member of your household in charge of feeding and walking him for the next couple of weeks.  At least that way, you can spread the adulation around!  If, after all the people in your home take a turn at this, you are still having trouble, get in touch with a behavior professional from IAABC.
