Shih Tzu - noisy?

Hello Jill -

Forgive me but I am completely ignorant on the subject of dogs -  any dog.  I have someone looking at my condo who has a Shih Tzu.  She insists that the dog is sweet, peaceful, etc. -  and not a barker.  Just wondering if this is representative of the broad population of Shih Tzus.  I don't want to saddle my neighbors with an 'out-of-control barker.'  Any info you have will be appreciated.

The Shih-Tzu is a wonderful companion dog, generally friendly and calm (now this depends upon breeding and socialization done by owner from early age of dog).

In today's real estate market, quite frankly, if you have a buyer consider yourself terribly blessed.  I don't know too much about condo ownership but isn't there an association that has to agree to the sale????  Take the offer.
