Lost Cat

My new female 1 year old was on her first outing yesterday, when another, unaltered cat (whom I have fed and given shelter to for a number of years) set about fighting her.  She is only little, very uncertain and was terrified by the whole event.  She ran into the shrubbery in the garden at approximate. 12:30 p.m. yesterday and I have not seen her for the last 28 hours.  I have checked neighbours gardens and outhouses and all to no avail so she must have run some distance in her distress - will she be able to find her way back. Her brother cat has been out to look for her, but has not turned her up.  Do you think she will find her way back.

By this time I hope you have found your cat. More than likely she is very close but frightened. When you find her put a break-away flea collar on her with your address or phone # in case someone finds her and thinks she is a stray and keeps her. Also get her spayed if she is not already.
