Question

i have planted pond lillys in buckets at the bottom of quite a deep pond ; i have since been told that they are far to low; could you please tell me how deep they should be planted under water
thankyou very much
from linda

Answer
Linda, The lillies should be about 3 feet deep. Put them on a couple of cement blocks or how ever many until they break the surface. You can keep moving them down after that , but be sure to fertilize them and they should be good to about any depth. I would think no more than 10 feet.
