Putting 2 Cockatiels Together

How large of a cage should I use if I'm housing two cockatiels together?  They spend at least 4-5 hours a day outside their cages playing and socializing.

It depends on how much other "stuff" you put in the cage, such as feed/water dishes, perches, toys, etc.  With the birds, toys, dishes, perches, etc., in the cage, a proper cage size would be one in which either cockatiel (or both at the same time) can vigorously flap their wings inside the cage without any part of their bodies touching anything inside the cage.
