Question
my 11 year old dog is urinating in the house.  How can I stop her from this?  The vet gave her provac and it has not helped?

Proin, or phenylpropanolamine, is used for spay incontinence.  But, so is DES, or diethylstilbestrol.  Go back and check with the vet.  Perhaps a change in meds will help.  Or, have a consultation with a holistic vet.  There are some herbal preparations that can assist.  
How is your dog's kidney function and blood sugar levels?  If the kidneys are failing, or the dog is borderline diabetic, your dog could be drinking more and producing more urine.  Whatever you do, don't restrict the dog's fluid intake unless your vet tells you to.
