peeing!

well Lulu is about 3yrs old she is not fixed and has been really well house broken and now all of a sudden she is peeing in her bedding it has been cold the past few days so i turned up the heat thinking it might help and bam she did it again as a English bull terrier owner what would you suggest

I would take this new behavior to the veterinarian.  It's possible she's losing control of her bladder during her sleep and this might be related to a hormonal imbalance, a developing uterine problem, or a bladder problem.  It doesn't sound behavioral.
