problems with nursing mother

I have a 4 1/2 year old female boxer, who had her third full blood litter of ten pups on 08-10-08. Her last litter, she had ten but only 2 survived.  They went into a hypo state after the third day and the first vet was not much help.  After loosing 5 pups I went to a second vet who was able to help save 2 and said my female had a bacteria.  On this litter everything appeared be going ok, like the last, had her checked prior, and was told all looked good.  However the pups did not appear to be looking fat, one has had a seizure, which was what the first signs were last time.  So back to the store for puppy formula and feeding every two hours. I have an appt. with the vet in the morning and I'm sure he will help but I don't wanna go through the loss of more pups, so thought I would look for more advice to educate my self even more. The mother had not been eating or drinking unless started by hand. I also mixed wet food in with her dry high protein food.  She finally ate after 2 days, but only half of what she normally eats. Any advise would help and thank you.

You need to SPAY that bitch immediately after this litter is weaned and STOP breeding.  You should have educated yourself BEFORE bringing these innocent lives into this world, not after.  It's obvious the dam is not    physiologically up to caring for this enormous brood.  Breeding a bitch means preparing her physically BEFORE she becomes pregnant by carefully vaccinating, testing for brucellosis (which may be her problem) and feeding VERY high quality food (mixed with cottage cheese or other protein) for (at least) weeks prior to breeding.  It also means carefully monitoring her pregnancy and her behavior toward her neonates (including weighing them daily and appropriately handling them.)  Once a bitch demonstrates a serious problem, she should NOT be bred again.  Have her spayed and leave breeding up to professionals.
