Separating Dogs

We have two one-year old Peek A Poos. The female is as sweet as can be. The
male is more aggressive and playful. We want to get rid of the male. Will both
dogs recover from this?

I'm sorry, I really can't answer this without more information. What I would say is that a dog should never be rehomed unless an owner has explored every possible cause and treatment for a problem behaviour first. If we choose to get pets we have a responsibility toward them, not just to keep them when they are convenient to us then 'get rid of them' when we are fed up with them.
