Chamomile?

I remember quite a long time ago a friend mentioning giving a horse chamomile helps calm them down. Just today I bought chamomile plant for my garden, and I was wondering if there's any use of it for horses, or is it just one of those unfounded bits of info? Thanks!

I am not aware of using camomile for horses although I'm sure it does get used.  You might find the book called the Horse Herbal and look it up in there.
