bitch suddenly soiling &urinating at night

Help! Our one year old Fox terrier bitch is dry and clean 99% of the time when left at home alone but recently at night we find she is urinating once and soiling once. We walk her twice a day and she is allowed to go in the garden every hour or so(when she shows us she wants to go). We feed her at 7.30a.m & 5pm every night and make sure she goes into the garden last thing before bed around 11pm. We let her out in the morning at 7a.m. Otherwise she is a happy family dog.

I'm not too sure why she is using your carpet as a bathroom break, really, the only way I could answer this is that you will just have to take her out before bed and if you don't already, get a doggy door. You could call a vet .... hope this helps feel free to follow up.
