Feeding Pup

My puppy is 5ths old.  He eats his food without chewing.  He eats about 3/4 cups of food in less then 2mins.  Is this normal?  What do I need to do get him to slow down and chew?

The 2 easiest options are to either place a large toy in the food dish so he has to eat around it or place equal amounts of water in with the food - 1 cup food then 1 cup water...you can't eat and drink at the same time and it really will help slow them down.  Some dogs just like to inhale food and these 2 ideas can help.
