Eating Cat Poop

Hi,

My dog is about 10months old, he is a min. pin. and eats cat poop.  I feed him Science Diet everyday, and lock the cat up to make sure that the dog eats it.  He was not eating dry food, so i feed him wet food everyday.

He sometimes poops inside, "little" bladders, but he does not eat his own poop.  He only eats the cats poop.  He does it when no one is home, or when the cat has just pooped.

I have tried punishing him, At first i would just rub his nose in it and say NO in a firm manner.  And he was scared, but this did not stop him.  Then i added a slap on the behind and he would give a yelp, but still it did not stop him.  This has gone on for about two months now, since i bought him in August.

I am out of solutions and i need some help.  What else can i do to train him?
