neutered dog

I have 2 B/Collies, I"ve had the male done about 7mths ago+ the bitch is waiting to get doneas she is in season "But" the male mounted her+ they were stuck does that mean or can he still get her pregnant ??

Some male dogs will still mount and tie with a female.  Dogs can still have sperm up to 4 weeks after a neuter, but if he's been neutered 7 months, you should be safe. Of course, you need to supervise her (no outside time without you) to make sure nothing else gets to her. Dogs have even been known to breed through fences.
