hi im buying 2 orange winged amazons the male is 9 and female is three. i want to know will they ever breed and how long will they breed for as the male is 9! will they ever learn to talk if they had kids? thanks

I don't know if they will ever breed.  Depends on if they are compatible and pair-bond...parrots have to pair-bond before they will mate and produce offspring.  Just because you put these 2 parrots together, doesn't mean they will be compatible.

An amazon at 9 years of age is still young, considering they can live to be 30-40 years old.  There's no reason why a 9-year old OWA can't produce offspring, provided he is healthy and is still fertile.

An OWA's ability to talk has nothing to do with their offspring.  I'm not sure I understand this question.
