I have two mice living in a bin cage (112 litres) connected with tubes to a smaller cage which is about half the size of the bin cage. this big enough for them???

Of course - that actually seems like a really huge amount of space if I'm picturing it correctly. As long as there is ample ventilation and they can get to their water and food, and if they cannot escape, go for it. Be sure and include some kind of covered hides for them so they always have somewhere to retreat to. :)
