My dog is eating everything!

I have a 1 year old puggle (half pug half beagle) and she eats everything. She chews the crotches out of underwear, she eats garbage, she has eaten a remote and I really need her to stop but i'm not sure how.

The reason dogs chew inappropriately is because dog like to chew things and you haven't taught her what's OK to chew and what's not OK to chew.

First of all you must remove all inappropriate chewables from her access.  Put the garbage behind a lockable or at least closeable door or cabinet she can't open.  Put your underwear in the drawer, or in a hamper she can't get to.  Put the remote on a bookshelf or just on top of the TV.  Remove anything else from her level (not too hard since she's little) and put it higher than she can get to.  Spray all chair legs, baseboards and wall corners with Bitter Apple, Tabasco sauce or another taste deterrant at your local pet store.

Once a dog discovers the joys of chewing wood, you're history so get that taste deterrant now.

Now when you're at the pet store, buy 5 (not 1, yes 5) traditional rubber Kong toys.  Smear a thin layer of peanut butter or honey inside, and cram them with her regular dog food with maybe a treat in there too.  Stop feeding her from her food bowl and start feeding her from Kongs or another similar stuffable toy.  You may also want to get her a Buster Cube or something similar which will keep her occupied.
