my dog had to have a emergency hysterectomy last year and since then shes moody. we cant have visitors in the house because it seems she dont like it. she bites their clothes and trousers, dont trust her anymore.

You don't give me a lot to go on from your message, but is there any  reason why you can't either put her in a dog crate or in another room when you have company?

If you have never utilized a dog crate, they are a wonderful management tool that can be used throughout the life of the dog.  I'm including some information on how to train the dog to use it.
