�Fish too helps to reduce weight dramatically. Fishes like sardines, tuna and salmon can help a person to become thin. They have leptin in them which is a hormone that helps to cut down body fat.

�Some other foods, which are healthy and helps to reduce weight are raw vegetables and fruits like banana and strawberries. But along with all these exercise or at least a morning walk for about an hour daily is very necessary.
