Two ounces of food can be stored in the pouch at a time so you should avoid of taking much food.

There are some foods which can harm your stomach so you should try to avoid of them. These are including dried fruits, asparagus, pineapple, rhubarb, corn, popcorn, grapes, walnuts, peanuts, almonds soda pop and other carbonated beverages, all high calorie drinks and foods.
