Discus Fish In Aquarium

My discus fish and me!

Well where do I start? Since I am a young boy I love aquarium and fishes. Time after time the aquarium grow and the fish too. Finally I came to Discus fish and "fall in love with them". Now I have 6 pair of them and all lay eggs.So far so good. The first day it is as it should be. Mom and Daddy take care of their eggs and all is right in the aquarium. All starts with the second day. Some eggs turn white and one pair didnot got something right. They eat the good egg and take care of the white one! 2 other start fighting for taking care of the eggs and at least all (exept the pair with the white eggs) eat their eggs till next day. Think they are scared that the babyfish come out or they think it is something to eat because it moves. So I covered the eggs with a net to prevend them from being eaten by Mom and Daddy. But this didnot helped because all eggs went white at least. So I looked how my discus fish do it ;-) and got a surprise. 3 of them have a fancy art to make babys. Mom put the eggs as normal vertical and Daddy comes horizontal. Mhh I think I have to explain them that this way dont work very well. The question is only how? At least I decided to seperate them and reassemble them. Hope I can tell you good news soon.
