Aggressive? Puppy Behavior

hi..i have a 1 yr old female shitzhu..and a week after his birthday i bought a 4 month male shitzhu..then i've noticed that they keep wrestling,biting,chasing around..i want to know if they are fighting? is it normal?

        Yes, this is completely normal. No, they are not fighting. They are just play wrestling. Eventually there will be some aggressive bites, and when that happens you'll know that they are not just playing, however, I do not recommend any interference when the situation arises. They will be establishing their dominance over eachother, which should take several months. They will start to show signs of mounting eachother, followed by aggressive nips and growls. Be sure to get the puppy neutered at about 4 months of age to prevent puppies. Thank you! If you have any other questions, be sure to ask!
