2 Year Old Llhas Peeing in the house

Question
I have a male (fixed) Llhas that is just now 2 that I have had a little over a year and half named Gizmo. He house trained fairly easily when I got him and even adapted well to a new home that we moved into about 8 months ago and expect for a few accidents the first few days has done really well about  going outside to do his business.

But I noticed a few weeks ago that he had an accident in the bedroom. And has had a few more since then. I  have gone back to making sure I take him out every few hours to do his business but even last night just an hour after going out he had an accident in the middle of the living room.

He is eating normally and seems to feel fine otherwise. I am wondering if he is having some sort of regression or if it's another issue?

Answer
I need a great deal more information before I can give you a reasonable answer.

1.  Is this dog left at large in the new home
2.  What has changed other than the residence itself (this means: people missing or added, overall environment, i.e., country to city or vice versa)
3.  Are there other dogs around that he can see from windows
4.  Has he seen the veterinarian to rule out physical cause (bladder infection, etc.)
5.  Since he has lived in this home for 8 months without incident, and this is occurring without apparent cause, you must think carefully about hours you keep, any upset in household routine, any upset you might be experiencing.  Think carefully and report anything you think might help me to diagnose the cause of your dog's anxiety.
