Preparations: Start by collecting essential ingredients which are distilled water, rubbing alcohol, and few natural herbs like spearmint, peppermint, lavender, lemon grass, or catnip. It is essential to use at least one herb from the herb family. It is completely your choice, which herb you want to choose.
Method: First boil one cup of water in a pan and then sprinkle four tablespoons of dried herbs using any combination from the above stated herbs. You can also use each one of them to make it stronger and better. Now let them boil and mix well as they boil. Do not forget to cover the pan with the lid. The covering is an important part to keep all the volatile oils in the pan. Now, let it cool for a few hours until you can touch the water. After it is cooled, strain the herbs out of the water and place it aside. Take one cup of rubbing alcohol and mix it with water. Let it mix well for a while and pour it into a spray bottle. Store it in a fridge to keep it clean and cool.
