This will enable it to understand what is expected from him and what is not expected from him. Give small treats and not big treats as otherwise the dog will be subjected to obesity.

3) You must be the pack leader - While training the dog or dealing with it, make sure that you are always the pack leader. When you are going out for a walk, then you must always move ahead and take the dog behind you. This will enable the dog to understand that he must follow you and not the other way round. Even when you are getting in the car or getting out of it, the dog must always follow you and not vice versa.

4) Never scold the dog - If the dog does, something wrong then make sure that you do not scold it at any cost. Just do not give it treat and avoid it for sometimes, it is believed that dogs do not understand and associate scolding with wrong behavior.
