When you reach that quiet state of mind you will perhaps now also be at the least stressful and most relaxing state of mind too. One way to do meditation is to focus on your breathing. The way to do this exercise is to simply put your mental focus on your breath and only focus on that as you breathe in and then out. If you find other external thoughts entering your mind then gently return your mental focus back on the breath. The more you do this the easier it will get so keep at it.

There are a lot of different forms and types of meditation and some are quite complex however this simple breathing exercise can usually be very effective at reducing stress from an overactive mind and hopefully also reducing your acne. Do this exercise for three to five minutes each day or even multiple times a day or whenever you feel like you need to get rid of some stress.

Method 3: Get A Pet Like A Dog

Getting a pet like a dog or a cat can be great at reducing stress. All kinds of research has been done showing that people that have pets tend to experience less stress in their lives. A dog is probably the best choice as they seem to always be happy to see you so they are a great form of receiving unconditional love which is great for relieving stress and forgetting about any stressful events during your day either at work or elsewhere.

Method 4: Laugh More Often

Laughter really is a fantastic way to get rid of stress. Make sure you are reading a lot of funny things like the funny comics in the papers and watch more of your favorite comedy shows.
