Should We All Jump On The Burrito Diet

28 11:59:56
Yesterday, I was sent several posts from people who wanted to make sure I knew about the Burrito Diet that was making a sensation on the internet. Well, why not?

Everybody and their mother has a diet book out, and the tabloids are full of anorexic young things in Hollywood, who look like they exist on lettuce and water. Janet Jackson shows up annually, looking very fit, does a few concerts, then goes away to balloon up again, each time getting closer to Aretha. And then, there is that famous quote by a New York
socialite, who said, "You can never be too rich, or too thin."

Diet books are a bazillion dollar industry, and some even contain some useful advice and
recommendations (Funny, though...Oprah can't seem to follow any of them.)

The Burrito Diet is a good laugh though.

"Learn The Remarkable Story of How an Obese 32 Year Old Man Lost Over 80 Pounds in Only 8 Short Months And Easily Continues to Maintain Low 10% Bodyfat Simply By Eating Great Tasting Burritos, And You Can Too!"

That is beautiful, and full of beans.

The author admits he is not a scientist or nutritionist. He's not a health and fitness guru
either. That's at least honest, and the book is more or less his life story. That's fair.

There are scads of diet books on the market by scientists, nutritionists, and even doctors,
and 98% of them don't work.

The beautiful thing about the diet industry is that it has a 98% failure rate, so there are
plenty of people ready to buy the next best thing.

Dieting doesn't work.

Lifestyle changes do.

Most people who are overweight are out of balance, and their body just isn't functioning
the way it should.

That's why pharmaceutical grade fish oil is so important...because it starts restoring the
foundation of how your body works.

It's no secret that when you're overweight, you have a lower energy level, and that's one of the reasons I developed my new CoQ10 formula. As you start to age, this happens too, but if you're aging and overweight you have a double whammy working on you, and if you don't do something, that double whammy will pound you into the ground.

So what you need to do is make lifestyle changes. You don't buy and bring home cookies, crackers, donuts, and ice cream. If you buy them and bring them home, you're going to eat them, which is no change at all.

You may have to cut back on the wine and beer, or vodka.

And of course you need to start moving your feet, legs, butt, and arms, for about a half hour a day. I'm not telling anybody they have to work out like a professional ballplayer, just MOVE. My new CoQ10 formula will help here, and you should start feeling a difference in
about two weeks.

The great thing about the body is cellular memory. If you used to be fit, and now you're not, but you start working at it, your body will remember what you felt like then, and help you get there. My special form of CoQ10 will speed up that process, and after just a few weeks of better food and more movement, you are going to be feeling much better.

And you know what...just as an incentive...that thing they're talking about in Washington,
THE FAT TAX, where they want to tax overweight people...that has a good chance of becoming law under Obama, who has never met a tax he didn't like. Count on it!
