     Saddles are the most common and widely used form of a horse tack. Today Horse saddles are more than just for comfort, security and padding; it抯 been more decorative, expensive and gives signature to your stature.
Horse Saddles should be kept at cool dry and consistent temperature away from dust.

Horse tack is mainly stuffs/ accessories that make your horse look and feel good to ride and be ridden on.
Some of the horse tack is
A stirrup - that supports the riders feet on either side of the saddle designed such that the riders boots are easily slipped out in case of a fall.
Bridles - The main difference between a western and a English bridle is that the former has no nose band. Bridles mainly control the horses.
Halters - are used to tie the horse that buckles around its head and have the nose band with headstall.
Reins -that are made of rope or leather mainly communicate between the rider and the horse.

Western saddles are different in looks and its purpose when it comes; the English saddles has less options to choose from and comparatively cheap. Care should be taken before buying as to what is your purpose to use the horse for. Hunt seat saddles are used mainly for an active rider who has to jump frequently on his ride .Flat racing saddles are mainly used for racing whereas to show off the horse in best shape the dressage English saddles comes in place. For a normal casual horse rider any cheap saddles that suits both the horse and the rider is the best choice.

Western saddles have very short range of sizes to choose the best fit. Western tack has more available options to choose from whereas the English tacks are around six main types only.
Western tack has a beautiful collection like silver bridles and headstalls even plain headstalls, Western mecate,a large collection of western bits, fine collection of western spurs which are beautifully polished. Western bosal is made from fine rawhide and woven over a leather core. Western reins ranges from harness leather to braided leather to rawhide romel reins.

If you opt for buying a old/second hand horse saddle either it抯 a English saddles or a western saddles keep in mind to research well. English tack is more easy to use than a western tack
The quality is always a issue before buying but you cannot expect a great bargain without price It all depends on which level of rider you are and purpose.
Going online is a better option if you are already a graduated horse rider than try different offers that may suit you and be affordable. Each having its own characteristics at the end of the day its all you who decide for your horse and the pleasure ride.
