     Yorkshire terriers are considered as the intelligent and active dog, so it is very important to begin the training session as soon as they are brought to home. 1. House breaking
As the Yorkshire terrier is slow for house breaking training, it may take several days and weeks to recognize different places of your home. But you have to introduce them to the essential place in the home like where can they find food and drinks and where to go for their potty and where they can sleep.

The routine should be established and well maintained as to let them feel secure and to let them catch the part of training quickly. Use short commands like yes, no, good, bad, etc in order to make them understand about how you feel about their action.
