Amoxi-Drop (Amoxicillin Drop)

Amoxi Drop is an antibiotic usually to treat a wide variety of bacterial ailments in dogs and cats as well as respiratory, gastrointestinal and skin infections. It is an orally administered, prescription antibiotic. It is available in drop as well as in tablet form however; the drop form of this medication is absorbed almost immediately by the body and provides instant relief to your pet. When certain symptoms such as, excessive thirst, frequent vomiting or a decrease in appetite are experienced by your pet Amoxi Drop must be administered to them at the earliest. However, if there are some other unknown or unexpected types of symptoms that your pet displays then you must consult the veterinarian immediately. It causes a few additional side effects which are quite common such as, nausea, diarrhea, rash, fever, swelling of the face or limbs, difficulty breathing, palpitations and a loss of coordination.

Doxycycline

Doxycycline is a tetracycline antibiotic. It is used in the treatment of various respiratory tract infections, also used for the treatment of typhus, chancroid, acne, cholera, brucellosis, syphilis, nongonococcal urethritis, Rocky Mountain spotted fever etc. This oral antibiotic is available in the form of tablets, capsules, syrup, coated capsule, and liquid (suspension). Doxycycline is generally well-tolerated. The most common side effects are: Staining of teeth, Nausea, Vomiting, Loss of Appetite, Scarring of esophagus, Diarrhea, Changes in blood cells, Liver damage, and Photosensitivity.

HeartGard

HeartGard i.e Ivermectin is dewormer used for the prevention of heartworm disease in dogs and cats. It is highly effective in preventing heartworm disease. To prevent canine heartworm disease by eliminating the tissue stage of heartworm larvae Dirofilaria immitis for a month 30 days after infection and for the treatment and control of ascarids Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina and hookworms Ancylostoma caninum, Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma braziliense. This is available in form of tablets. HeartGard is given once a month year round for the prevention of heartworm disease.

Mitaban

The Mitaban i.e. Amitraz Liquid Dip Concentrate medication is used by veterinarians in the treatment of mange, known as generalized demodectic mange in dogs. It disrupts the DNA of bacteria, thereby killing them.Call your veterinarian at once if any of the following serious side effects occur: excessive drooling, gagging, sudden liver failure diarrhea, low energy levels, dark urine, and blood in stool.

Baytril

Baytril is used to treat many types of bacterial infections. It's a fluroquinolone antibiotic used for infections of the urinary tract, skin, prostate, GI tract, liver, and lungs. Baytril tablets can be given orally or can be wrapped up in sausage or meat to pets. Some side effects while using Baytril medication can be seen such as dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, diarrhea, swelling of face and some allergic reactions.
