Wendy Laymon raises very high quality french bulldogs

Raising French bulldog puppies is very time consuming and technical. Wendy Laymon takes several things into consideration before she will breed her french bulldogs. They must pass conformation, temperament, health, and genetic testing.

It is very important to use a compatible / non related Stud, with all the same background testing as the female, i.e. conformation, temperament, health, genetic testing and good non related pedigree.

Wendy Faith Laymon has a general goal, when breeding, “would it be to better the breed?” That is the MAIN reason to breed.

Breeding is NOT as easy as it looks. Lack of experience can risk the life of the mother, and having puppies just so your children may witness the miracle of birth can sometimes go badly. You would need to be prepared for anything that could happen. Ask yourself: "How can I handle things if they go wrong? Is it worth it?" Most breeders do not simply follow textbook instructions when birthing a litter because birthing correctly requires experience. Wendy Laymon has that experience. There is no money to be found in breeding the right way, it is a hobby and usually costs money rather than makes money. French bulldog puppies are always born c-section.

There is nothing quite like seeing a new puppy waddle across the lawn or watching it curl up for a snooze in your lap. But, of course, there is more to raising a puppy than enjoying this innocence. First, and foremost, there is the responsibility of the puppy's nutritional, training, grooming, and health needs. Wendy Laymon is always available to help with proper techniques for helping you and your puppy adjust to a new life together.

Wendy Faith Laymon says there are 6 major aspects of care for the new puppy: feeding, grooming, exercise, play, training, and veterinary care. Feeding: feed your pup a well-balanced, quality diet formulated for his age and activity level. Grooming: No matter his breed, every puppy benefits form regular brushing. Exercise: Sufficient activity is especially important during his physical development. Play: the best play is the time he spends with you. Training: Teach you puppy basic manners. Veterinary care: for your puppy to live a long, healthy life as your companion, he must be protected against parasites and diseases.

Wendy Faith Laymon highly recommends you feed your puppy a healthy diet, give him plenty of exercise, go to the vet for regular check ups and most of all stay in touch with your breeder. Wendy Laymon requires all of the new puppy owners to stay in touch and call for advice on the health of their puppy and most of all to be made aware of any genetic issue that may arise with the puppy.
