Want to Learn Animal Communication? Check Your Attitude First

29 10:36:14

We're all born knowing how to feel and connect with others over a distance, but as we grow up, our society begins to teach us other ways to communicate and often, we forget to ‘listen’ through our heartmind.

There are a few Basic Principles you'll need to be aware if you want to begin opening up your own ability to communicate with your animal friends. First is your Attitude.

More than any other factor, your Attitude towards Animals determines your receptivity to what they have to say, and that affects their willingness to communicate openly with you.

If you think that animals are somehow inferior to humans, then you'll want to check that attitude at the door!

Have you ever met someone who obviously felt that you were inferior to them? Maybe by circumstance of birth, family or money, they were from a different class or group and they were happy to let you know that? They may have spoken down to you, or treated you condescendingly in some way.

If you have had that experience, then you know that doesn't feel very good. It may have made you uncomfortable, angry or frustrated. And I'll bet you found yourself not very willing to communicate back with them - or at least, not in a very loving way!

When we’re with our animals, we need to remember that they think, feel emotions, and make decisions for themselves, based on their experiences and understanding - just like we do!

Their sense of smell, sight and hearing is many times more acute than ours (usually!), so they are more aware of things that often we are clueless about. Many animal bodies are stronger than humans, and their instincts are more finely tuned. Most animals are also aware of energies, frequencies, even entities that we are largely unaware of.

Knowing that, can you honestly say that they are less intelligent than we are - simply because they are disguised in animal forms?

Because someone can't speak our language like we do does not make them less worthy of our esteem or admiration.

Respect and acknowledge animals as fellow intelligent beings who share your planet and space. Admire their spiritual qualities and abilities, and become aware of their jobs and purposes.

Now think about your relationship with your animal friends. Are there ways you may be acting condescending towards them? Disrespecting their viewpoint? Over-riding their needs or instincts? Asking them to do something they can't, or be something (someone) they are not? Our animals want to be heard and they want to help us.

They don't need you to fix them as much as they need you to listen and acknowledge who they are. What you have to do is open up, listen with respect, and be present with them.

This one thing alone can transform and deepen your whole relationship, allowing and encouraging them to connect with you.

As you allow yourself to see and respect them as intelligent, responsive beings with spiritual qualities that you can admire and learn from, you'll begin to know them at a much deeper level. And they'll respond to you like you're more intelligent as well!
