It is probably appropriate to remind of Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Murders in the Rue Morgue”: in this literary masterpiece a smart orangutan monkey learned the shaving gestures of its master and eventually became a true murderer. Animal behavior is no doubts unpredictable, but what if it can really amaze and enclose that some of our little brothers can really learn something from us and declare of their loyalty and attachment?

To demonstrate that such things happen in real life it is possible to set a good example of a parrot from Japan, whose situation gained the popularity last days. The case is that this vivid bird has escaped from home and was returned only a few days later, after it managed to provide the house address it lived in. One can only imagine what a surprise it was to those people, who have found and stayed with it all days. In particular, it is associated with a guest from a local hotel, whose shoulder became the landfall for the parrot. The guest decided that a bird is likely to be someone’s pet and then a police joined this little game. After the bird has settled down to new surroundings it started to talk. At first, the name of native city was announced and street and house number were onwards. Apparently, it was a very lucky day for police to go straight ahead to this address and discover it was precisely the house parrot has escaped from. According to words of his master, Japanese old lady, she started teaching the parrot to pronounce the contact address after the bird escaped previously.

This peculiar story cannot but astonish with its impossibility of performance and now who can state for a certainty that pets are accustomed to do essential things solely? People can invest to the behavior, modify it and adjust to really exciting situations. In their turn, it is of animals’ decision to follow or to ignore masters’ orders and “tips”. The case of Japanese parrot enclosed that these situations are possible and training parrots, as well as other pets, can be of very huge success. Who knows, maybe even a little child could not be as informative as this parrot. Thanks to old lady’s efforts and parrot’s devotion both found each other, and, therefore, training pets can also strengthen the personal engagement between a master and his pet.
