Usually dog sleep for 12 hours a day so it always a good option to buy dog bed for your puppy. Instead of sleeping on floors or sleeping on your expensive beds; Dog bed is much better and comfortable choice for you and your dog. Quality dog bed will impact on dog health so buy a good quality bed which will suit to your dog. There are several types, sizes, shapes and special bed available in stores.

Not all bed types will suit to your dog. It will depend on type of breed, age of puppy, habits of puppy, height and weight of dog or any special disease condition of dog. So consider all these factors before buying any type of bed.Dog beds come with variety of size and shape and comfort level. Depending on your type of dog breed, height, weight, size and special need of dog, you can choose right one.

The Pillow Bed - Pillow bed comes in variety of sizes and shapes filled with either foam or cotton filling. These are most common type of dog bed for small dogs who like to stretch out and lie on their stomach. These are easy to wash and clean with good comfort level.

Orthopedic Dog Beds - These beds are made for older dogs or dogs who are suffering from poor joints, arthritis, sore muscles or even hip Displasia. As like human being special condition requires special attention and special care by pet owner. These dogs will find it difficult to getting up or lay down, and may not sleep well without proper support. So to provide good support and comfort orthopedic beds are recommended.

Outdoor dog beds - These are made from waterproof material or wear and tear proof material perfect for changing weather condition. Dog loves to play in mud or in rainy season; so sustain in that condition beds are designed.

The Heated Bed - These are of plastic mats on that dog can lay on who are suffering from arthritis or joint problems. They have thermostat in it so that temperature will stay at particular temperature and won"t get too high or too low.

Bolster bed - these beds have one end bolster designed to give extra support to your dog so your dog can lean back securely. This includes removable liners or pillow-top cushions. These can be easily cleaned.

Couch Beds - These are usually made for smaller breeds only. This provides complete comfort and support for your pet. They generally come with removable and washable covers.
