We have a team of 5 experienced veterinary surgeons, and 11 qualified veterinary nurses who between them have many years of experience in delivering high quality veterinary care for your pets.

Puppy Preschool

Puppy Pre-School is designed as a guide for owners in the education of their newest member of family, and to improve the puppy"s socialisation skills.

Socialisation is very important for puppies so that they can grow into well-adjusted adults. There is a crucial age window in which socialisation will assist puppies and their interaction with children, adults, cars and a wide variety of situations that it will encounter later in life. Without these important lessons, dogs can become aggressive, fearful, reclusive and unfriendly.

Puppy Pre-School allows puppies to socialise with other puppies and people. It also helps to get puppies off to a good start so they become controlled, well-behaved adults. These classes aim to help puppies live in a comfortable and loving environment together with their owners and families.

Classes are held at the clinic on Sundays and are run by DogTech Dog Training, a company that specialises in behaviour consultations and training. The entire course runs for four weeks, with one class held every Sunday. Please note that Puppy Pre-School is specifically for puppies between the ages of 2 months (8 weeks) and 5 months.
