travel across states?

Patt, I am going to move and cross about 5 states.  What do you suggest sending my 2 dogs?
Would it be better to flight them or take them with me.

Me personally might consider taking them along if they are not big dogs.?
If small that is what I would do rather than the extra expense of flighting in the heat if they could even get on a plane now.
Take towels, dishes, water, harnass for putting dogs in, food, treats, leashes and collars.
Go for it might be a real fun trip, stop often and let them stretch their little legs, if big dogs flight them but u might have to wait for a cool down at temsp to 86 is it.
