flying into Illinois

We are flying into chicago from Paris with our Lab who is 6 years old.  I understand she does not need a health cert. for the US, but it is up to the State you flying into.  Does IL require anything other than proof of a rabies vac.?

Yes she will need a ten day health certificate, I do to fly my puppies in our states, so why would u not need one to come into our country?  Up to date proff of shots and rabi shot to date.  Also, to fly from there ask the airlines if u need with the health certificate a temperature control paper from the vet.
