Export dog from Thailand to France

What is the requirements for exporting dog from Thailand to France?  Some said I have to do blood test.  Some said no need for me to do.  What is the fact?

Thank you for your inquiry.  Coming from Thailand to France you will need to do the blood test and then wait for three months.  We can assist with setting up the documentation for the test if necessary.
