travelling to Hungary from Canada with a small dog

I will be travelling to Hungary from Canada on business and I am planning to take my small dog (15lbs) with me.  I need to know what papers I need to take him into Europe.  I also want to know if he can be with me on the plane in a carry case.  Please let me know what rules apply to travelling with my dog.

Hello!

Every airline has different rules.  You will have to check with the airline you are looking at to fly on.  I believe if the dog can fit under the seat and you satisfy what the airline requires you should be able to take the dog in the cabin.  Check with your airline.
