Sending cats from SA to USA

I am trying to find out how much it would cost to send my two cats to America ( I stay in South Africa) and what is needed in doing that! Any help would be appreciated!

Where in SA are You?  Where in USA are you going?
Contact the airline you would use for shipping info and cost.
For entry into USA, all you need is a health cert issued within
10 days of flight, and a current rabies cert.
