Moving with Pets to Saudi Arabia

Question
How many pets are allowed in Saudi Arabia?  After I receive the approval from the Consulate is their a time that is allowed between the approval and the travel with the pet? or does the travel need to happen within the 10 days of certification.  I do know that the airlines will require a certified health certificate, can I finalize the paperwork for approval with the Consulate now and then obtain the health certificate at the time of flight?

I have NO idea where you are?  In the USA?
Be guided by what the consulate tells you.  Also, check out with the
airline you are flying on.  Also, contact the usda office in the
state you are in, if USA.....
