Yorkie from Chile to US

Hey, I have a 5 month old Yorkshire Terrier, Zoe, we purchased her while we have been here, in Chile. We want to know what we need to do to bring her into the US, is there  a certain she has to be before she can fly with us, and is it harmful for her to fly? We have a travel bag for her because she is small enough to fly with us. Is there anything we should and shouldn't do for her before traveling? Thank you so much!

For entry into USA: health cert issued within 10 days of travel and
a valid rabies vac.
Do NOT sedate.  It will NOT be harmful for her to fly.
Do NOT feed for at least 8 hrs b/4 flight, and nothing during flight.
A little water is ok.
