Travelling with dog from Eguypt to PRague

Hello!
We want move our dog from Cairo to Prague, bud we have problems with blood test. Doctors from Cairo at first told that we have just one way - send blood to Prague to Lab and they will bring back result. BUD!!! Its more than 3 weeks time... Now doctors telling that by the way we can make it in lab in Egypt, but we must in which one. i called today to Prague Lab, bud like all the time, they told that they (FOR SURE!) don't know. And its coming Christmas Time, so it mean after after 10 days lab will close for holidays.
So? the may question - how we can make it quickly and in lab in Egypt???

First of all I suggest you contact the official lab in Prague.
